Eco-crafted from the rapidly renewable Balsa trees of Nicaragua, which are salvaged post-hurricane season, our non-toxic props are 100% plastic-free.  Sizes -

2-2.5 lbs (1-1.2 kg) : Moderate or Active yoga practice such as Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga. Also appropriate for a mixed discipline yoga practice.

2.5-3 lbs (1.2-1.4 kg) : Gentle or Alignment-focused yoga practice such as Hatha, Anusara, Restorative, Yin,  Iyengar Yoga.
