This rugged stove is built with a wide range of cooking in mind. With one 60,000 BTU burner and one 30,000 BTU burner, you can use the high output burner to quickly heat a large amount of liquid while using the lower output burner to cook up a nice pancake breakfast. Perfect stove to cover the spectrum of uses of a Camp Chef stove. Great for cooking, canning, seafood boils, brewing, and cooking for large groups. Using a griddle or Grill Box that covers both burners simultaneously is not recommended. Camp Chef's 60,000 BTU burners are not intended for use to do everyday style cooking, but for things like brewing, cold pack canning, or heating very large amounts of liquid.
